Roles and Responsibilities

Organize and prepare agenda for Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings and must manage the Secretarial Duties.
Drafting minutes of meetings and maintain accurate records of all proceedings.
Filling various e-forms with ROC and manage Company's Statutory Registers.
Ensuring timely compliance without any delay.
Provide legal support to various departments within the company, including drafting and
Reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary.
Identify legal and regulatory risks facing the company and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.

Desired Profile

Qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) .
Company Secretary with good post-qualification experience.
Should have good experience working for a listed company and have managed NSE and BSE.
Excellent knowledge about various laws and regulations.
Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
Excellent Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
Should have excellent drafting and communication skills.
Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and legal requirements.
