Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and arrange interviews for hiring managers. Assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, market trends, and salary benchmarking.
Employer Branding: Enhance the organization’s employer brand by promoting job openings and engaging with potential candidates via social media, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.
Data-Driven Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire to ensure recruitment goals are met.
Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with all legal and company-specific hiring policies, maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activity.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and strategies, including sourcing and interviewing.
Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.

Experience in hiring for various roles, including technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.
