Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients, including schools, colleges, and individual learners, to introduce them.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive cold calling and follow-up on inquiries.
Product Explanation: Clearly explain our offerings, address questions, and handle concerns to spark interest and engagement.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.
Database Management: Accurately update and manage customer databases with relevant information.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activities, lead status, and progress towards sales targets.
Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and improve satisfaction.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to sales closure.

Qualifications:

Experience:06 -1 yr in telecalling in similar industry.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging speaking style.
Customer-Centric: Strong ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Persistence: Proven track record of handling rejection and staying motivated to meet targets.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software and telecalling tools.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is advantageous.
