We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to promote and sell Honorary PhD Degrees offered by our prestigious institution. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, building strong relationships with high-profile individuals, organizations, and industry leaders, and driving sales of the HonoraryPhD programs. A personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required as the role involves extensive travel to meet prospective candidates and attend relevant events.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach individuals and organizations who would benefit from receiving an Honorary PhD degree, including accomplished professionals, business leaders, philanthropists, and community influencers.
* Promote the exclusive benefits and recognition of receiving an Honorary PhD through personalized presentations, meetings, and consultations.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-profile individuals, organizations, and key stakeholders.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet set sales targets and expand the Honorary PhD program's reach. * Maintain and report on sales activity, pipeline, and progress to senior management.
* Extensive travel (vehicle required) to meet with high-net-worth individuals, business executives, stake holders.
* Organize and attend face-to-face meetings, events, and recognition ceremonies for prospective Honorary PhD recipients.
* Ensure efficient planning and coordination of meetings, events, and business trips.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or high-end client management, preferably in education, luxury services, or corporate sectors.

Candidate must been having a field sales experience
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior executives, professionals, and influential individuals.(Must English)
• Travel: Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel frequently for meetings and events.
